Single family 4 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom beach home straight out of Pinterest. Do you crave instant relaxation but also desire a stylish, cozy, impeccably clean and well-organized beach house? This property embraces the natural beauty of Brant Beach, LBI. Enjoy the pleasure of being walking distance to many LBI hot spots. You are a comfortable 3 house walk to Brant beach and three blocks away from Brant Beach Yacht Club. Your friends and family will have beach views and captivating sunset bay views off your two front, oversized decks. One deck has an outdoor dining area and BBQ and the upper deck has a romantic chaise double daybed. The stunning contemporary kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled in the Summer of 2018. The contemporary kitchen has brand new appliances, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, gorgeous 3 inch thick quartz counter-tops and an oversized island bar. New furniture, tempurpedic mattresses, 65 inchTV, upgraded cable/wifi/sonos and the softest sheets and towels. There is one master bedroom and bathroom with an oversized king bed, new carpets and upgraded, modern closets. A queen guest room and two bedrooms with twin beds and bunk beds with brand new linens and blankets. The garage has been converted to a hang out room with old sofas, TV, Ping Pong, etc. The backyard has a basketball court and outdoor shower. 4 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED!!! There is a corner store on the end of this block so you can pick up a morning coffee and a sandwich. Dogs considered with special approval & pet fee.

Summary: Quiet location with all of the creature comforts of home. Super close to the gorgeous beach. Wonderful host who cares about the quality of your stay by adding all kinds of little extras and maintaining a clean, tastefully-decorated house. Plenty of room with a separate third floor master suite, great decks and fenced-in backyard with a basketball hoop and fire pit. Approved pet policy puts it over the top. Highly recommend!
